Biographical Information
After serving in Operation Desert Storm, Joe Barton started his advertising career at a media buying company in Philadelphia and quickly became the youngest Vice President in the company’s 30-year history. In 1996, Tapscan, the world’s largest media buying software company, actively recruited Joe to teach Media Buying and Computer Applied Media Principles to executives at the top advertising agencies in the country. For the past 7 years, as Vice President of RAMP, the largest full-service advertising agency exclusive to dentists, Joe has worked diligently to bring the principles of Fortune 100 Advertising to individual dentists throughout the U.S. and Canada.
