This program educates the dentist, dental specialist and non-doctor spouse on all business, legal and tax aspects of the options of joining or leaving practice. There is a significant discussion of the methods and tax problems of structuring associate buy-ins and owner buy-outs from a tax lawyer and former dental equipment and supply representative who exclusively handles these transactions.
