Biographical Information

Minal Sampat is a practicing dental professional and public speaker, who is also married to a physician.

Born in India but raised in St. Thomas (U.S. Virgin Islands), Minal is a proud graduate of Rutgers University, where she had the opportunity to shadow a thriving and well-renowned pediatric orthodontic and special needs dental practice in New Jersey. Post-graduation, she launched her dental marketing career at this practice where she was given many opportunities, which included developing comprehensive marketing strategies, creating brand and company cultures, and increasing patient engagement.

Her company’s launch was met with a record-breaking event! With 1,530 participants, the launch party for Growth Management Marketing broke the Guinness World Record for the most simultaneous mouthwash swishers at one time. This event not only raised awareness for breast cancer, but successfully utilized community, digital and social media marketing strategies.
